Refund and Returns Policy

At Soul by Kalpana, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before raising a request.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video of the product.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed outer packaging
- Show the entire unboxing process
- Capture the product clearly from all angles
- Be unedited, uncut, and continuous
🚫 No return, refund, or replacement will be accepted without this mandatory unboxing video, regardless of the issue reported.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect item
📌 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required unboxing video and product images.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings and nose pins
- Customized items
- Without proper uniterrupted 360 degree unboxing video
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share the mandatory 360° unboxing video
- Provide clear images/videos highlighting the issue
- Our team will verify the claim
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
⏳ Requests without proper evidence may be rejected.
5. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and invoices intact
Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original UPI payment method only
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before payment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- In all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
10. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Absence of mandatory unboxing video
